I've gone to Sephardi synagogues my whole life, so I know a lot of Jews from the Middle East. I have heard from Libyan Jews, on a number of occasions, that his grandmother was Jewish but that she rebelled, ran away from home, and married a Muslim. In one case, the guy who told me this said that his grandmother was the cousin of Ghaddafi's grandmother.

This isn't birtherism. Based on what I've heard, from independent sources with no reason to lie, it's quite likely that Ghaddafi's grandmother was Jewish.

Arabic is a lot more consistent about spelling than English is, but there’s no universally accepted system for transliterating Arabic letters to ours. All spellings of Gadaffy are therefore technically inaccurate.
I prefer Gadaffy. :)

All Moslems are circumcised. Many Islamic (generally African Arab) countries also go a step farther and circumcise their women (very painfully around the clitoris often making sex unbearable for life).
