It probably is time to transition out of Kosovo. That being said, we went in for the right reason: to save Kosovars from being massacred by the Serbs.
Serbia has now been reduced to its basic appropriate size and NATO deterrence should ensure the Serbs don’t try anything.
Yawn....
2500 people on all sides had died before we got there. 10,000 died on all sides during the NATO bombing. After we entered, at least 250,000 Serbs were permanently ethnically cleansed from Kosovo, many were murdered and at least 150 ancient churches were desecrated or destroyed. On our watch, Kosovo was allowed to run 70% of illegal drugs to Europe, as well as human, weapons and organ trafficking.
The truth is that we did no good, and a lot of harm with our intervention, but we were subjected to a mountain of propaganda and most of us didn't know the difference between the truth and the lies.
I was against the NATO Bombing of Kosovo for many of the same reasons that I am against our bombing of Libya -- it isn't in our interest to be there, it will likely do more harm than good -- and I don't have to like or defend Ghaddafi or Milosevic to know in my gut that it was a bad idea in both cases.
Another Jihadist Cheerleader!
When you root against the Serbs, make sure you remember who you are rooting for.

.
That has to rate as the biggest crock of excrement posted here in at least a week. We kicked out the real Kosovars and donated their land to the global islamic drug trade. (and that was the exact reason we did it too)
