Let’s not jump to conclusions too early.

My mother (RIP) suffered something like that once — it was never officially diagnosed but was thought to be a) a TIA, or b) flu or c) a panic attack. She was ‘on-stage’ so to speak, speaking to the church congregation about some topic or other and suddenly felt very strange and sick.

It really freaked her out — she was in early sixties at the time but lived another twenty+ years without another incident. She did see her doctor and he didn’t recommend much of anything back then.

I suspect Judge Judy is OK — but it’s good to be cautious anyway.
