NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen insists that military alliance is "impartial" and will not take sides in the conflict in Libya.

Where do I even start? After banging my head against the wall I have come up with some questions. Are we at war with nobody, or everybody in Lybia? If this is an impartial air war why can't we just arm both sides until they are roughly equal, and then kill the winners? We are conduction combat ops while being impartial and not wanting regime change? WTF!!!???
