So far as I know, Michele Bachmann was the first one to discover a $105 billion slush fund written into ObaMao care to carry it into the 2012 election cycle.

While John Boehner and all of the GOP-lite types are nicking a billion here and a billion there, Michele has proposed a logical place to make a deep and significant cut. Is anybody listening?
