That's really the heart of it. The president is the Commander-in-Chief and he can use the military as he sees fit. The Constitution says so. What we have now, is a president who might possibly decide to nuke England because he doesn't like the queen. He could do it, and it would be within his Constitutional powers.

This has always been true, but we've never had to worry about it, because we've never had to really worry about who is in the White House. Now we do. We don't know who this guy is, but we gave him all the power in the world.

And he is using that power to support our enemies.
