Obama and his mouthpieces lie. The law requires authorization, not just consultation.

This Carney punk seems a bit young to be defending treason, but there you have it.

Instead of busting Obama's chops directly on this violation of the Constitution what we need to do is going after an underling and totally brutalize the guy. I'm thinking Carney is just the type to abuse in the worst way ~ drag him in for a hearing and then move immediately for his impeachment on a variety of crimes that involve the death penalty.

Obama objects, find another one of his flunkies and do the same.

Our problem with this Obama guy is that he does not respect American laws and customs. In return the House should deny Obama's flunkies any sort of respect and just make their lives miserable ~ while dragging their names through the dirt (to the greatest extent possible).

When Obama's supports see that he can't even defend his friends we may see a splintering of the Democrat party on a permanent basis.

United States Code Title 50 Chapter 33-1541 War Powers Resolution Purpose and policy

From:
http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode50/usc_sec_50_00001541——000-.html

c) Presidential executive power as Commander-in-Chief; limitation
The constitutional powers of the President as Commander-in-Chief to introduce United States Armed Forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated by the circumstances, are exercised only pursuant to
(1) a declaration of war,
(2) specific statutory authorization, or
(3) a national emergency created by attack upon the United States, its territories or possessions, or its armed forces.

Yes, it is the law. Only ignored once. (Clinton, but he had Congress buffaloed and they didn’t do anything. It isn’t a crime if the victim won’t say it is.)

So notifying congress is mentioning it to a few congressmen in passing?

This “deeming” thing is really catching on. Barry deemed he had Congressional approval by holding a coffee klatch.
