Military indoctrinated on gays kissing, behavior
The Washington Times ^ | March 23, 2011 | Rowan Scarborough

Four branches of the military have begun sending training material to 2.2 million active and reserve troops as a prelude to opening the ranks to gays, with instructions on, for example, what to do if an officer sees two male Marines kissing in a shopping mall.

Key themes are that sexual orientation will no longer be a bar to service, that all service members must respect each other, and that the partners of gay troops will not receive the benefits of heterosexual spouses.

“We are going to make [gay ban] repeal training expeditiously,” said Maj. Joel Harper, an Air Force spokesman at the Pentagon. “It’s great training.”

The briefings first target commanders, who will have to enforce the new law and...

Here is a letter to the editor I sent to the local papers the following week after the election:

Titled:
THANK YOU!

To all of those that ran to the polls and voted Barack Hussein Obama into office on November 04, 2008, we want to thank you.

Thank you for voting Liberty & the Constitution out. Personally, I hated the concept that an individual is responsible for themselves.

Thank you for jeopardizing our security, and our troops, while throwing Israel under the bus (along with Grandma). God Bless you for that.

Thank you for electing a quasi President and Congress which promises to ‘form’ a Separate ‘Civil Security Force’ that will be funded on a scale equal to the current levels of Military (gee I was under the impression that that’s what the National Guard was for…what a silly idea) and where the personnel will most likely be pulled from the most radical organizations that have been ‘underground’ since the late 60’s. or at the very least, quasi Americans that will have no problem brutalizing fellow citizens (using their perceived ‘oppression’ as the ultimate excuse for revenge) We, that voted for Freedom first sooooo appreciate it.

Oh, and if you weren’t paying attention on election night, your vote really buoyed people’s spirit to the point of threatening to trash the White House; all the while flying a Soviet Flag. What an inspiration! I can barely contain my elation after that spectacle.

And finally, thank you for enslaving our children and grandchildren. Your vote meant so much to their future and you came through for them in stellar fashion!!

We are so pleased that when the ‘Chickens do come home to roosssssttt’ that they will be in your yard too. Can’t wait.

The evil is never bigger than all of us. It’s bigger than any one of us, and apart from Christ, any group of us.

Let evil do its thing. I read the last chapter, and it loses.

The rest of this is quality of life. Do I want my kids growing up in this sort of thing. Negative.

Hate is at a permanent disadvantage over Love. Hate takes a tremendous amount of energy to maintain. Love is easier, even then apathy or indifference.

Evil is having its inning. It’s proving Churchill right - nothing is stupider than voters, or worse than a democracy, except the alternatives. Perhaps that’s the real reason Obama sent the bust of Churchill back. Don’t have to look either truth or reason in the face every day.

Good letter.
I suspect there is some “buyer’s remorse” in America these days, at least among people who have an IQ over 70 and have gotten a clue.

Will the American taxpayer also be expected to pay for the VA to treat hepatitis A and B and Aids cases? The further results of the perverted lifestyle this Administration is promoting.

I’ve said it before; but I’ll say it again, the Clintons paved the way handily for the outrages of the current occupant of the White House.

Military had worked alright for many years; (my father said that when he was in the infantry, the blazing homosexuals washed out - couldn’t hack it). Reality is an accurate culler; but now reality has to be altered to accommodate utter crap so no one’s feelings will be hurt. - Well, I’m 64, and MY feelings are hurt about not being catered to by the military and its DISCRIMINATIONATORY PRACTICES.

Thx.

Yeah I’ve heard about the buyer’s remorse for awhile. We’ll see, if we make it to 2012.

Our non-representing representatives are afraid to take a stand. Everyone said that last November “changed everything,” but I disagreed. We are now seeing, again, that House Republicans (still) have no collective spine.

At a Pentagon teleconference from Kabul last month, the top U.S. enlisted man there said training will take place during combat operations.

“Our goal is to not allow a unit to return to home station and have the unit responsible for that,” said Army Command Sgt. Maj. Marvin Hill. “While we own those soldiers, sailors, airmen and Marines, we’re going to execute that training on the ground. We hope that it will have little impact on their combat and security operations here.”

You're smokin' dope, Sergeant Major.

It’s not going to happen as a spectacle - that is, it’s not something we can passively await. Although prayer is welcome here, maybe even necessary, and possibly the only thing at times we can do.

If we’re together on this, and I think it’s well over 99% of people on this site, there’s hope, if we’re coordinated.

Tell me more about Nineveh, if you please.

“That’s actually addressed in the column. It stated that military personnel will not be permitted to leave early because of their objections to serving with homosexuals.”

They must not have heard of the term “Conscientious Scruple”.

“...It is beyond governmental authority to force these Americans into situations that compromise their morals. The Selective Training & Service Act of 1940 permits the granting of Conscientious Objector status to “One who by reason of religious training and belief is conscientiously opposed to participation in war.” Little known is: People v. Stewart, 7 Cal. 143, “Conscientious Scruple. A conscientious scruple against . . . doing military duty, or the like is an objection or repugnance growing out of the fact that the person believes the thing demanded of him is morally wrong, his conscience being the sole guide to his decision . . . ” (Black’s Law Dictionary). This “Conscientious Scruple” provision appears to give Marines of conscience a legal remedy for a morally compromising situation of serving under or with Marine homosexuals...”

Our boots on the ground shouldn’t be subjected to this perverted indoctrination. It is a form of “sexual harassment” to force them to view images or listen to lectures promoting a perverted sexual lifestyle that up until the hippie free love generation was considered a deviant behavior by mental health professionals, and rightfully so.

Everyone will give an account one day at the Lord's seat of judgment. Those promoting this sin are lost and without hope outside of receiving Christ.

Matthew 18:7 (King James Version)

7Woe unto the world because of offences! for it must needs be that offences come; but woe to that man by whom the offence cometh!

8Wherefore if thy hand or thy foot offend thee, cut them off, and cast them from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life halt or maimed, rather than having two hands or two feet to be cast into everlasting fire.

9And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.

“My mother is 77 and she is in such a state of depression most of the time that I fear she will just give up.”

My 70 year old father was also very depressed over the last couple of years. Things like Tea Party rallies helped to lift his spirits, but his doctor told him he needed to cut down on his news, and to learn to let things go. The doctor watched as my father's blood pressure literally rose as he watched TV news while preparing for a stress test.

Something that I've found helpful is to reassure him of 2 things:

1 - He has raised his kids with conservative values, and we are prepared to defend those values.

He's done his part. It's time to let his children and their children carry on the fight. And we do. When we visit, we talk about how we're continuing his fight. I share emails I've sent to the school board, and letters I've written to the local paper and advertisers supporting morally bereft programs. We send him pictures of our family at the March for Life and the meeting notes from the pro-life club my daughter started at her (public) high school. We email pictures of the kids at the shooting range or receiving a badge at a Scout ceremony. (We live in different states)

2 - Remind him that our time on this earth is only a test.

What kind of a trial of faith would it be if everything was skittles and rainbows? We don't need to eliminate evil from this world, God only asks that we stand up to it. We do so by defending our values in the schools, defending our religious beliefs in the public square, and being ready to bear abuse for doing so. I will never throw in the towel, and he knows that. We are raising our kids to fight for their values, too, and that fact also brings him comfort.

I hope your mother finds peace. All of God's children eventually do, though not in this life.
