You remind me of a woman I know. The hotter the better.
Personally I cannot take quite that much heat.
What is your favorite hot sauce? And which would you says is the hottest you've tasted?
Tabasco has a Chipotle flavor. Uhm, so good. I poor into a shallow bowl and dip a spoon in it while watching TV.
Or I like to take Roma tomatoes(they’re sweeter), Garlic(loads), Cilantro(Sweet herb), Red Onion(sweeter and less acidic), Cracked black and green pepper coarsely ground, Paprika and then some scotch bonnets or habeneros and grind them in a Food Processor.
When I make Wasabi, for myself, I make it with enough soy sauce to make mud and then I just sit there eating sushi and bounce my leg while tapping my feet from the pain.
That’s why I only order tuna and cucumber rolls. I can’t taste anything but the wasabi. Just the way I like it.
