The other reason for food price increases and inflation is that the government is printing money like crazy, just like in the 70s. We never learn anything.

Soros and BO campaigned on redistribution of wealth. What the ignorant fools that voted mugabe in office thought was the wealth would be given to them, not to Soros and other countries.

WHAT A CONFEDERACY OF FOOLS: The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the presidency. It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to an electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince.. The republic can survive a Barack Obama. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.

Since 1974! I hear a song playing.

“Welcome back Kotter (Carter)”.

Lets see:

Nuclear disaster. Check.
Mideast regimes falling. Check.
Runaway inflation. Check.
NASA turmoil. Check.
Lack of confidence in USA. Check.
Disco music. (well you can’t have everything matching)

Any country that survived Jimmy Carter then elected Barry Soetoro deserves the horrible consequences of their own actions. Maybe some day people will learn, maybe not.

Welcome to Jimmah Carter II. By summer, there will probably be gas lines. No one should have to suffer two idiot Democrat presidents in one lifetime.

This continues to blow my mind. Logically, I KNOW why inflation is being somewhat kept in check - our Government keeps printing money! BUT - can someone explain to me when this rubber band is going to snap? I lived through The Carter Years - I find it hard to believe that we can stave off seriously rising inflation for much longer.
