It’s cultural, not religious. Does the TSA violate a Christian woman’s rights when it photographs her through her clothing? When a TSA agent gropes her?
But a muslim woman, don’t make her uncover her head!

What if she did hang herself? Lawsuit for them not removing the scarf.
Typical liberal mentality: Whatever we do is wrong and Muslims are always right.
But it would have been OK if they had buried her up to the neck and stoned her.
Do we need to get a religious ordinance stating that anal cavities are a protected orifice? Because I’m sure many a prisoner would LOVE to have that potential hiding spot (just as her scarf is) off limits.
I dont know which is worse: the filthy Muslims, or the liberals who assist them in undermining American values and society.

I’ve never been arrested but from what I’ve heard, they can strip a prisoner naked, leave him that way, and there’s not a blessed thing he can do about it. I would think this applies to women also. And to Amish. And to nuns.
But muslims in scarves? No way!
If that is legal thinking, then we are going to all be Muslim, or suffer the consequences as enumerated in the Koran. NOT
So who will be responsible when a muslim woman hangs herself or is strangled with her hijab?
They did not come by the honor of the most reversed court without trying.
Do Sikh’s get to keep their knives?
