Let’s say they needed a genset, ready-to-go, of the size they need. OK, one of the larger Fairbanks-Morse sets might run 100 metric tons.
How deep is the water by the plant? Could we just send in a warship and use its generators? Of course if there is another tsunami the ship would be history.
