The problem lies in “if the republicans were smart”!Ok, ok. You got me there. But at the very least the RNC should turn that Matthews spot into a campaign commercial since Carter was just about universally hated.
I mean, c'mon. Talk about low-hanging fruit.

Carter was a farmer in Georgia and Obama was a community organizer in Illinois. Both rounded up nuts. And, what a coincidence!! Neither have any!!
