anyone know what a “prefecture” ..not sure of spelling, hearing it on TV
is it like a state or county here in US?

I just gave up dish for economic reasons. The only station I am getting some coverage is mostly in Japanese with some english.
NHK world (never had heard of it prior). It is being streamed by a local Akron station
