I’m totally not familiar with law enforcement methods, but it seems to me that you are absolutely right.
If they wanted to clear these ninnies out, they could do it, in probably 30 minutes.

Well, you need a force extenter, either one of manpower or by technology.
There is no problem, big or small, that cannot be solved by the proper application of high explosives.
You know, it was only a few months ago when we were shown exactly how to do it in, of all places, Oakland California.
If you’ll recall, there was a cop shooting of a black and the agitators were all up in arms over it. They were looking for an opportunity to riot. There were two moments in peculiar where they took to the streets and both times the Oakland city cops contained them with textbook tactics that contained the bad guys, minimized collateral damage, and kept the peace.
The lessens are there for Wisconsin - if they’ll only look.
