He works with women in beauty pagents...the swimsuit part is always the most terrifying part. Athletic people are heavier because they are mostly muscle which is heavier. What is wrong with Michlles program, #1 Body image is missing, when it is only weight she is emphasing. #2 Steals privacy rights of people. #3You are made in a wonderful way, you have value. Parents have to lead by example. Dr. says to teach children boundaries. Next applying self control. Address the 'whole person'. Nutrition, exercise, attitude. If 80% of food choices are healthier, 20% can be for taste alone. 3x 30 minute work outs a week.
