The commission recommends that the services consider commitment to diversity in officer promotions and require diversity leadership education and training at all levels.

Not only is this disgusting, it is plain stupid beyond measure.

Only when this country gets back to hiring and promoting the best qualified for the job, will our military reach its peak effectiveness. Right now the military is watered down because it passes over the best qualified in order to meet some quota. The politicians, mainly Democrats, hate the military and will do anything in their power to reduce its effectiveness with social experiments. Dumb!
