Do these morons understand that the military is a merit based system? If your good enough, you move up. If your not, you don’t!
Maybe it’s just me, but I never once looked around at my leadership and thought, Damn, there too many white dudes in charge. We need a few more black, hispanic and asian guys at the top. All I cared about was if the man at the top could lead, and that he could take care of his Marines.

In general, the officers in the military have at least a 4 year college degree. Their ranks reflect the graduation output of the colleges. Are we going to "dumb down" the standards to shift the demographics? We've tried that in the schools already. It's an abysmal failure.
