War is coming. The peace talks are just a dance designed to maneuver Israel into the worst possible position before the shooting starts.
Israel should not harbor any illusions about the “peace process”. The only peace in the entire middle east is the peace that exists within Israel’s well guarded borders.
The next war will probably combine state and non-state forces; Israel will have to fend off conventional and guerrilla attacks simultaneously. And if they move within the next two years, Israel will not have the US as her backstop.
If Obama fails to support Israel in a war with the Arabs the war will spill over into the US.
If Obama cannot honor the treaties and alliances fundamental to US diplomacy he will be deposed.
Obama is wrong on all counts about the US. We are not a weak people and we will not tolerate a government in control of our economy or of our cultural institutions.
We are a tolerant people but our tolerance has limits. We will not forsake the basic tenets of our constitution or our way of life for the sake of getting along.
We are a nation that has gone to war against itself and against enemies foreign and domestic many times. We will most assuredly do so again.
