I sure hope so. The way he’s going, however...he and his minions just simply ignore anything they don’t like (court orders, laws, etc.) and so far nobody has forced them to back down.
He’s an evil creature. The Constitution was designed to protect us against the ordinary overreaching by one or another power and designed to give us a workable pattern for dealing with conflicts and distributing decisions. But it was not designed to deal with somebody who doesn’t give a darn what it says and who believes, plain and simple, that his word is law and his whim (or even his psychosis) is policy.
He’s evil and he’s crazy, and I think we need somebody who will really confront him personally and stand up to him. Right now the GOP is playing by the old rules: Assume your opponent is sane and assume he doesn’t really want to destroy the country. Those assumptions aren’t true anymore.
I think things can be saved, but I think it’s going to take a GOP candidate with a lot of resolve and a lot of courage.
a GOP candidate with a lot of resolve and a lot of courage.
I agree, a lot hangs on the coming primary.
It’s up to us to not let the media pick our
candidate.
