I hope they are preparing his speech saying he will not run. If I were him I would take that opportunity as he could be facing real jail time.
I’d be shocked if he gets past the Dem primary; there is now way the Dems “down the ticket” from him want to get bombed the way they did in 2010, and I’m sure the big donors don’t want to risk millions on a campaign that is a long-shot at best in the general election.
As far as all the fundraising among young voters in 2008, many of those dopes are still searching for their first jobs; they are a big group he has definitely lost for 2012. We elected a “black” president; now those “youth voters” have a dim future indeed. Obama couldn’t beat Hillary in Dem primaries, but won “caucuses” (not vote tallies) or open primaries; any Dem challenger will smoke him if they have Dem backing.
