Walsh traces this sometimes fraught history from its roots all the way to the Barack Obama presidency.
As he began his second year in office, Obama's presidency was not going well. His legislation to overhaul the healthcare system was still bogged down in Congress. The unemployment rate, which polls showed was the top concern of most Americans, remained stubbornly high at about 10 percent, and much worse in many African-American communities. Obama's job-approval ratings had dropped markedly from the astronomical levels of his first few months to below 50 percent.

Well, remember, if racial classifications are used for liberal causes, such as affirmative action and quotas, then it’s okay according to the liberals.
I’ve never understood how the tea party is racist. A movement concerned with taxes, size of government, etc. sounds as if it’s race neutral. But the liberals have declared the tea party is racist. Jimmy Carter has declared that opposition to Obama is based on race, and Jimmy was a nuclear engineer in the Navy, and was even president for 4 years, so we are supposed to listen to him. (sarcasm)

All are Black. All are people I would campaign for, vote for, and trust them to lead our great nation. Our nation would be safe in their hands.
According to Obama, everything is race. Not one of his programs is free from the race component. Nothing Obama does can be justified for the American people alone. Everything is for the benefit for and depends on the race card.
