suggested arresting Sen. Risser might not be as easy as some believe. How did Spitzer ever pass the bar? (There wasn't a hooker inside badda bing)
Nobody is talking about "arresting" the Democrats and holding them for a criminal trial.
What is attempting to be done is using police powers as allowed to compel them to attend a legislative session, which appears to be quite appropriate under Wisconsin law.

There’s a provision here, Article Four, Section 15, that says members of the legislature shall, in all cases except treason, felony and breach of the peace, be privileged from arrest Does that mean a state senator can not be arrested for a misdemeanor?
