The problem with the eligibility laws that they are trying to pass is that they are qualifying it under the amendments instead of just demanding that he be a NBC as McCain was declared one.
All they have to do is demand equal treatment .. thats all. McCain was declared a NBC because his parents were American citizens. They are going to screw it up. It is inevitable.
It has absolutely no force in law, tradition, or the price of a bleachers ticket to the Toledo Mud Hens. It has the same moral force as a Resolution, e.g., "Be it resolved that May 32d is henceforth to be celebrated as National Sweet Pickle Day."
It is true however, that the superannuated jet jockey with the lame brain could have used it in his laughable "campaign" against Obama/Soetoro, the results of which malfeasance has put all of us in a pickle that ain't so sweet.
