The RINO power structure is having a massive failure of imagination ... and patriotism. We all recognize it. But what do we do about it? There is no Program, no Plan, no Leadership to implement it, and No Clue. Instead we have Boehner and two-week budgets.
Everything happens for a reason. If Boehner were a gun-ho conservative crusader, yes, that would be good. At the same time, ironically, it would relieve a bit of the pressure that is building up on the forces of the TEA party. As it is, Boehner is like a slow flow of gasoline on the TEA party. Unintentionally, he is stoking the flames. When the TEAnami of 2012 hits the voting booths, the DC old guard will finally realize we mean business.
It is astounding the long list of Americans who have no interest what so ever, in knowing if Barry Soetoro is a usurper or not.
I know he is through dual citizenship, and until a real long form is available (if there is one) for viewing, I’ll assume he’s hiding something on that too.
Ever since 2008, I’ve been researching Barry Soetoro. He’s GOS “Guilty Of Something”.

now,now jamese777, you know that a couple off state judges can not overturn the Constitution. Also when has any court declared that obama was even born in Hawaii? There is a big difference in obama claiming that he was born in hawaii and actually providing proof?
Additionally there was that US District Court Judge down in Georgia who said: “This Court observes that the President defeated seven opponents in a grueling campaign for his party’s nomination that lasted more than eighteen months and cost those opponents well over $300 million. Then the President faced a formidible opponent in the general election who received $84 million to conduct his general election campaign against the President. It would appear that ample opportunity existed for discovery of evidence that would support any contention that the President was not eligible for the office he sought.
Furthermore Congress is apparently satisfied that the President is qualified to serve. Congress has not initiated impeachment proceedings, and in fact, the House of Representatives in a broad bipartisan manner has rejected the suggestion that the President is not eligible for office. See H.R. Res. 593 111th Congress. (2009) (commemorating, by a vote of 378-0 the 50th Anniversay of Hawaii statehood and stating, “the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama was born in Hawaii on August 4, 1961.

And then, when Orly Taitz tried to bring a quo warranto claim against Obama on the grounds that he is not a natural born citizen, Chief US District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth of the US District Court for the District of Columbia said: “This is one of several such lawsuits brought by Ms. Taitz in her quixotic attempt to prove that President Obama is not a natural born citizen, as is required by the Constitution. THIS COURT IS NOT WILLING TO GO TILTING AT WINDMILLS WITH HER.”—Taitz v Obama, Quo Warranto.
And then there was US District Court Judge James Robertson who said in ruling on Hollister v Soetoro:
“This case, if it were allowed to proceed, would deserve
mention in one of those books that seek to prove that the law is foolish or that America has too many lawyers with not enough to do. Even in its relatively short life the case has excited the blogosphere and the conspiracy theorists. The right thing to do is to bring it to an early end.”

In 12 appeals at the Supreme Court of the United States, the Justices have refused to even hear an Obama eligibility appeal.

Six more lawmakers on Friday removed their names from a “birther” bill making its way in the Georgia House.
Support for Rep. Mark Hatfield’s ‘birther’ bill waned in the Georgia House of Representatives on Thursday after a majority indicated they would support it a few days ago.
That brings the total number of co-sponsors who have dropped their support to 28, leaving House Bill 401 with 65 backers, all of them Republicans.

‘I helped Obama campaign staffer Divorah Adler create a fake birth certificate for use in the famous Fact Check story to prove to the world of Obama’s birth in the 2008 election. Divorah approached me in early 2007 and held onto the birth certificate until she released it in August 2008.
As I have been making fake ID’s part-time for local college students for about eight years now, faking a birth certificate was actually quite easy. Our first step was to get our hands on someone else’s birth certificate from Hawaii. We then created the stationary to match.
Next, we had to create an embossed stamp and rubber signature stamp for Hawaiian officials. With the help of a high-resolution scanner at the store, I did most of my work at night when the place was vacant.’

I have no response. I am so upset over what I am reading now about the middle east and the inability of our leadership to call it what it is. Allowing it to spill over here .. I am just besides myself.
I understand that you two are really dissappointed with Boehnner, but when states Like Georgia make a move like this thread is headlined, I really don’t expect the Republicans to take a national stand.
they backed down on a state level according to this report. Why WOULD the GOP stick their necks out? They are already being falsely blamed for the impending government shut down which isn’t even a shut down. They are blamed for everything whether they have anything to do with it or not.
We cant even get a consensus here on FR about being “birthers”. I am sure that they believe that they would be laughed out of the congress over it.
As far as what plan or blueprint do we have .. I am just supporting a few causes at this point. I don’t see any way that we can get out of the mess that we are in at this point. If we had a strong conservative President, Senate super majority, Congressional super majority and the will of the people to back down the fed, start drilling immediately everywhere we could I would have a glimmer of hope that we could survive until 2012.
But as it stands, I don;t think there is anything left to do that will really alter the course of events that have been set up and are just finally coming into a clear view for some of us.

Where did this come from???
The "seal" on the fake COLB is embossed, it is not the genuine raised seal on official Hawaiian COLBs and BCs. Any stationery store can order a custom embosser and many places still create custom rubber stamps. Whoever did so had to have known they were complicit in fraud.
I have no doubt that it was a forgery. I read an affidavit sworn to by two guys who worked for federal agencies for over 25 years each. They examined the colb and said flat out it was a forgery.

Get this. There are Two (2) Eligibility Bills floating around the statehouse. The legislators backing off the one, may be jumping on the bandwagon for the other. In order to reconcile the differences between the bills, one of which was drafted by a Democrat (!), a committee has been formed. (Well, that'll kill it ... for a good long while anyway.) The AJC is gloating about the boys backing off the one, but they don't mention them jumping on board the other. I actually learned that from another poster on this thread.
The Port Authority of Savannah has lobbied against the measures ... probably because they would lose a chunk of stimulus cash if the state crosses the régime. (IMHO ONLY) Other legislators fear "racial unrest" in their districts if this gets passed. So, cooling feet all around.
I owe Fantasywriter drinks all around when the first state eligibility law is passed. With this sort of parliamentary chicanery, the moths in my wallet may NEVER see the light of day.
I wouldn't mind John's incessant weeping if he were more like the women I have known. A couple of them had a pretty good punch while they were weeping!
If he is passionately crying while kicking socialists in the nuts, I have no problem.
