I was going to say that it should be taken out of the state’s portion of the teachers’ insurance package, but either way works for me.

There ya go! Or maybe better yet, calculate the number of add'l state gubmint workers (especially those in Madison, including pro-union delinquent police & firefighters) that need to be laid off to make up the difference. I hope that Scott Walker adds this to the budget deficit that needs to be solved.

That works. Or charge the trespassers with vandalism and let the courts decide the remedy, although I'd suggest they be personally liable, and also have to perform clean up work on their own time.

Or, just leave the place a mess. That's free.
