We are falling into their trap by making this an argument about global warming. The real argument is does the EPA have the right to enforce rules that have not been explicitly enacted by congress. This is not a global warming argument this is a separation of powers argument.

I don't buy the global warming argument, but in this case it just doesn't matter. The executive branch enforces laws made by the legislature. The legislature has not approved any laws related to global warming so there is nothing constitutionally for the EPA to enforce.

If this becomes just about global warming we will need to have the same fight about water reclamation, land grabs, lumbering, spotted owls on and on ad infinitum. The EPA needs to be reminded that they do not make the laws.

The entire Man-made global warming crown should be embarrassed. But are they? No, they just double down. There is NO proof anywhere that man has caused global warming, even if it actually is occurring. It is the sun. Man has no power to change the planet's climate. We cannot even steer a hurricane away from NO,LA.

Let’s put it htis way- the obama administration has looked
America in the face, and given us the middle figner and done ANYTHING that he’s wanted to do in direct opposition to our constiututional rights- the law and the constitution mean absolutely nothign to the left, and the right is doign nothign to stop the left from violating our consitutional rights- apparently becauswe we ‘don’t want to sink to their levels’ when fighting htem- either that, or the right (the RHINOS) are in cahoots with the left, and there aren’t enough TRUE republicans to fight the machine
