I watched his previous confirmation hearings. The guy is frightening. Publicly p!ssing on the Chief Justice of the United States would be a disqualifier to sit on the same court if the President was an American and the Senate was not run by commies.

He is not fit to be a dog catcher of dead dogs. His comments were nothing more than pandering to criminals and trying to make them out as victims through insinuation.
Send him back to the Peoples Republik of Berkley where he fits in.
