Adam Carolla’s Anti-Gov’t Tirade: ‘[Expletive] the School Teachers’
Three Fingers of Politics ^ | March 2, 2010 | Stupac

Adam Carolla is definitely not a fan of the government. Whether he’s sitting down with Reason Magazine to rant, or going off on Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.), he’s made it clear that he wants to be left alone.

Carolla, the host of the Adam Carolla Show (which is a podcast available on iTunes), and former host of “The Man Show,” “Crankyankers” and “Loveline,” showed his detest for unions with a profanity laced tirade,

NSFW language after the jump.

Sometimes foul language has its place and serves a purpose.

When George Washington fired Charles Lee for his retreat at Monmouth he did so, (according to one witness), “shake the trees with such torrents of profanity and swearing that it was almost musical.”

I like the guy too. He’s the type of host that the US version of Top Gear needed; outspoken, un-pc, and funny.

Therefore (sadly) unqualified. Coy, Vance, and Vance is what you get. I’ve watched about 5 mins of it and gave up.

Or, how about just no American version of “Top Gear” at all?

Interesting Kimmel made it big and Adam didn’t.

Agreed, the three hosts Top Gear U.S. settled on have limited chemistry and even less sense of humor. U.K. Top Gear episode recently had the Australia Top Gear team on and it was serious fun all around, further highlighting how flat our version is.

So long as BBCA comes in here, I agree. It’s always good to get our own team out there though.

It’s a good sign when perceived non-political types say things like this.

Perhaps the end of teacher tyranny is near.

“When I want my men to remember something important, to really make it stick, I give it to them double dirty. It may not sound nice to some bunch of little old ladies at an afternoon tea party, but it helps my soldiers to remember. You can’t run an army without profanity; and it has to be eloquent profanity. An army without profanity couldn’t fight its way out of a piss-soaked paper bag. ... As for the types of comments I make, sometimes I just, By God, get carried away with my own eloquence.”

I really liked Adam’s movie “The Hammer”. It kind of follows his life story. He was a boxer and a carpenter in a previous life. His podcasts that described his early days in show business especially his stint with The Groundlings is some tremendous stuff. Adam is a working man’s hero, not a union goon’s, but a real working man’s hero.
