I got a kick out of him...at first.

Now, he’s starting to get under my skin.

Squeaky voice Palin fan?

That’s a huge downer for her, unfortunately. I have a difficult time listening to an entire speech from her even though I adore her.

No perfect Republicans out there but Christie is one of the few that perhaps could win.

“I got a kick out of him...at first”

Well stated-my sentiments exactly. But, his gratuitous denigration of Sarah Palin is completely unnecessary, at least at this point. I’m not so sure he’ll be the best national candidate, after all he is from “Joisey.”

Since I live in NJ, my hope is that he’s just warming up. Never thought I’d see it, and I couldn’t be happier.

Anyway, the full read reveals less hubris and more responsibility than most politicians. He says he understands that he has an opportunity to win the nomination and even the office. But that he is not ready to be effective as president.

“I think when you have people who make the decision just based upon seeing the opportunity you have a much greater likelihood that you’re going to have a president who is not ready. And then we all suffer from that. Even if you’re a conservative, if your conservative president is not ready, you’re not going to be good anyway because you’re going to get rolled all over the place in that town.”

Does his warning remind you of someone you know?
