With the focus on the teacher's union strike in Wisconsin, I felt that attention should be drawn to a real solution. This solution is found in the movie: "Waiting for Superman".

Sorry - can’t bring myself to look to Hollywod for ‘solutions’ to anything...
And, to my way of thinking, any ‘solution’ that does not involve indictments leading to stiff prison sentences (for teachers fraudulently ‘calling in sick’ and for their enablers/co-conspirators) is not a *REAL* solution - it’s just more coddling of Liberal Idiots for being Liberal Idiots....

Vouchers of 1/2 cost of what the per child spending is currently for private school. Vouchers of 1/4 the cost for homeschool. Test every year. Private schools have the right to hire whomever they want as long as they get results, including non teaching majors. They also have the right to expel any student who disrupts the others from learning. Problem solved with a tax cut to boot.
