The best solution I can think of is for Obama to grow a pair, and then armor up a normal looking boat and put some marines on board with big arse guns. Surprise blow up about 4 ships out of the water and the rest of the scum pirates will think twice about their godless profession.
That’s the way . Have a bunch of Navy Seal below deck armed to the balls. Maybe a hidden canon topside . Get the tough guys to come close ready to board and then unleash all holy hell on them .
