Even if I were only one person feeling helpless but with a personal burden for the poor people of North Korea, I would start calling DPRK Diplomatic and Trade Missions, Pyongyang Noodle Restaurants, etc. in various capital cities around the world, including the one in NYC, and taunting them and also encouraging them to defect, i.e. low intensity, anybody-can-do pys war harrassment against these bastards.
I would ALSO bet American IT security technology sold to Red China is in fact being used to keep the North Korean people down; wonder how they feel about that in the velvet-carpeted rooms of Silicon Valley, bigass donors to Obama and all.
