“Whoever, on the high seas, commits the crime of piracy as defined by the law of nations, and is afterwards brought into or found in the United States, shall be imprisoned for life.”

This is so wrong on multiple levels, the least of which is supporting their no count sorry a$$es with taxpayer funds for the rest of their days.

F’em, sounds like a prime opportunity to get in a little target practice leaving one alive to tell the tale to his compadres back at home port.

This is so wrong on multiple levels

Hopefully, someone in our new Republican controlled House can introduce legislation to straighten out this travesty of Justice.
