I expect it to either not pass, or for Mead to veto it.

Meanwhile, the WY legislature has spent quite a bit of time flapping their gums about liquor laws...

I grow so weary of the idiots in the legislature who think that they have to serve the agenda of the Lady’s Christian Temperance Union in the 21st century.

I expect it to either not pass, or for Mead to veto it.

Mead squeaked by in a VERY narrow Republican primary, something less than a thousand votes.

If he wants to end his political future in the Cowboy State, that'd be a good way to do it. And those in the forefront of overriding such a veto would be in a great position for a challenge.
