The email sent by the RCOC has instructions to the programs, maps, and some vitriolic rhetoric. Do you have the exact wording of the email? I went to their website and found no information.

Someone look into this.
They file a IRS Form 990 which means they are a nonprofit organization.
There are strict rules about doing political stuff.
If they violate the regulations, they can lose their nonprofit status.

Sad. I provided dance party and dance instruction services for the dev disabled in Maryland from 1990 until about 2005 - usually at a deep or very deep discount. I choose my charities and I will not be bullied.
