I’d love to see the Navy Seals given total discretion to use this as a live training exercise. Have the SEAL team do a HALO drop aways away from the yacht, so the pirates wouldn’t ever know anyone had spotted them. Then, the only thing they would know is when the team took each one of them out silently and lethally, leaving the hostages intact. Then the bodies dumped over the side.
That’s when the rest of the exercise goes after the mother ship, rescues any further hostages and then sinks the ship. Oh, and leave one pirate alive to go back and tell all his buddies what happened.
“Man, they were like shadows. One minute we be floatin’ in the ocean, the next minute everybody be dead. Then they sank de boat. We didn’t even know where they came from!”
