It really doesn’t matter, it is still not the business of the government, you nanny stater’s get me. I did not send them over there so it is not my problem. If you are dumb enough to climb out on a window ledge on a 100 story building, i’ll be the guy yelling jump.
I don’t think it’s a nanny-state deal at all. What ever happened to expecting something for being a citizen and paying taxes?
The whole reason behind the creation of a navy in the first place was to protect the interests of U.S. flagged vessels on the high seas. Protection against pirates... especially... :-)
