Wrong, wrong, it is a pleasure craft, if it was a us flagged vessel it would not be pleasure craft. Second I don’t plan on having a navy to hold peoples hands, keeps you ass home. Other than that we can send some care boxes.
Sorry, but privately-owned yachts can still be “U.S. flagged”. Lots of them are.
