How about this:
Blacks will run things that they pay for and companies they build, while whites run things that they pay for and companies they build. Same with countries. If whites pay more, they run it. If blacks pay more, blacks run it.
As someone noted about 9/11: They flew machines their culture could never invent into buildings their culture could never construct.
