Didn’t he come from Wisconsin where the GOP just swept into power? I admit I only know a little about him so far in terms of fundraising or organization, but his election track record seems pretty good. He didn’t seem to be the darling of the insiders during the RNC debates.

You'll find three factors in Wisconsin ~ the TEA Party, general dissatisfaction with the state Democrats who've become more and more Fascistic over their years in power, and absolute dissatisfaction with the national Democrats.

Preibus and his crowd benefited from that ~ not from anything they did to engineer a victory.
