If your only choices were Christie, Romney, Huckabee or Palin, what would you do Pissant, what would you do?

Coulter is right. Right now we have a piss poor crop of candidates (Romney, Huckabee, Palin, Paul, Gingrich..oh yeah and Trump)none of whom stand a chance. The left wing media attack machine would have a great time with any of the above. Why is our field of candidates so poor? Is there such a dearth of talent in the Republican Party that Mitt Romney is the best we can come up with?

You may not always agree with Christie, but he’s going to mean what he says, and say what he means. He’ll also act on his beliefs, rather than stick his finger in the air and try to figure out what he believes.

Coulter said if we don’t get Christie, Romney will get the nomination and Obama will win. Sadly, I agree.

What this country needs is Allen West! A man that respects the Constitution and loves this country—a man that is a PROVEN LEADER!

Isn’t he a gun-grabber who has no problem with a WTC mosque? The Northeast sure does screw up a lot of so-called conservatives’ heads.

This country doesn’t need a prez that appoints judges who appoint Sharia-Law sympathizers to the court, as Christy did.

No thanks and NO THANKS !

if he is successful in castrating the public sector unions in Wisconsin... I would rather have Scott Walker.

What happend to your Bachmann tag pissant?

Seriously though, we will never find a perfect candidate.

Christie is a man of action and I like him.

However, he is not running and we still have the entire primary season to sift out who has what it takes.

That’s what primaries are for.

“If we don’t run Chris Christie, Romney will be the nominee and we’ll lose,” Coulter said. >

Know-it-all Coulter flubs again!!!

Picking one of these two RINOS is not an option.

It's time to elect a real Conservative!!!

Well... he’d be better than Romney in at least two vital respects: Christie is honest; he tends to say what he thinks rather than what he thinks his audience wants to hear. That would be refreshing. And also, he didn’t author a government health-care takeover that is bankrupting the state over which he served as chief executive. Past that, I’d prefer a real conservative. Although we haven’t had a really fat guy in the Oval Office since Taft, and I might respect a man who could eat six eggs and bacon for breakfast every day and sport a four-digit cholesterol count. At least we’d know he’s human.

New Jersey needs him more. New York needed Giuliani, but America did not. Let Christie take care of biz in NJ first, then we'll see. I find his coziness with Romney troubling.

It is becoming clear to me that we are fast approaching the fork-in-the-road where social/fiscal conservatives will meet with socially liberal/fiscal conservatives.

Chris Christie is a good guy, but clearly he is socially liberal/fiscal conservative.

With the rise of CPAC is a showdown between the two becoming inevitable?

Will it be pissant v. palinites?

Yep. We need another “Brady Bill” Bob Dole type. That worked out great the last time didn’t it?

Christie has a lot to offer but his appointment of the Sharia judge and support of the ground zero victory mosque raise some serious red flags.

Rommney would be a disaster not only because of Romneycare, but he also has that Mike Bloomberg air about him.

Trump seems to be making statements about running, but ONLY to promote Trump. IMHO, he's a showman and I'd be concerned if he were the nominee.

Bottom line, it's still too early and anyone who steps out now will only be crushed by the MSM attack machine.

What is the deal with Anne’s fascination with North East politicians?

First she tried to pawn Mitt Romney on us. Now Christie.

RE :”“If we don’t run Chris Christie, Romney will be the nominee and we’ll lose,” Coulter said.

Christie is definitely a conservative (governor) hero slashing budgets and the unions while keeping voters on his side(no small accomplishment), But I don't see Christie 2012 at all, just dreams. Coulter said she would support Romney before there was Christie, not good.

I hate to say it but my darkest dreams are coming up with Obama again in 2013. I hope something changes for the better.

Not a good sign that no-one has announced.
