A woman in a park in America should have a different set of expectations of safety than a woman in the midst of a crowd of muslim men in a country that is in turmoil.
You seem to be thinking like those folks on the left. They apply standards of human behavior to muslims, and expect that the muslims will behave as civilized humans. muslims may be human, but the are not civilized.
I ask you again, if I go to the Artic, and decide to pet a polar bear, and it eats me, who is to blame?
