From now until November 10, 2012 is the community organizing period. The networks, reporting functions, payrolls, lines of communications, databases, and installation of operatives in all the municipalities will be accomplished. Until then, no actual actionable event will be undertaken. Then as you said, Iran will call them into force right after the electins here. If Obamma loses, watch the calamity explode. If Obamma wins, watch the calamity be reported as "winning the future with democracy".
Either way, the outcome is the same.
