Good luck trying to get someone to help you. We tried to get them to help last year and were out of luck. We live in the Atlanta area and no one would help us. All we got in a response. Try again next month and see if you can get your name on a list.
Obviously the demand is greater than the people to staff the project. Perhaps you could volunteer your time to help.
