Actually McCain’s reaction is perfectly inline with a Progressive. If Obama has line item veto then he can preserve all this progressive legislation. McCain and Obama are on the same page with that one.
McCain posturing as rising above partisanship to win the plaudits of the elites who then can more easily deride Republicans who stand on principle. McCain is becoming an accessory to the destruction of America by this radical left administration. I suspect he wants Obama to win in 2012.
