I still think this whole Egyptian mess was a trial run for when the left takes this global. I think there are two lessons to be learned from this.

1. If you are going to overthrow a government, it has to be done quickly.

2. If you are the government being overthrowed, arrest the journolistas and wait it out.

Bambi showed his hand too quickly. Mubarak called him on it and now the US looks like a bunch of sellouts.

I was in the rooting stands for the demonstrators in Iran during the #IranElection phase of that mess and was praying that they would free themselves from the Mullah Dictators. At the same time I was aware that the left was present within the "Green" movement. It appeared that Huff Po had an inside connection and managed to get information out when others had great difficulty. The left there had been in "stealth mode" for a long time and found ways of hiding. There were lots of brave Persians (Iranians) who truly wanted freedom, but if the Mullahs had been overthrown (they eventually will) the battle would not have been over.

Lots of people thought when the USSR collapsed that the West had won the game. They are trying to come back with a vengance. We will see (already evident) an alignment of convenience between the Left and the Muzzie Dictators. Neither can gain/stay in power without lies, deception and repression. Both destroy the businesses, lives and nations. Worst of all they both destroy human will and freedom. We are engaged in a high stakes battle between the old conflict between "truth" and "lies".
