...how can you have a "green party" by a having a wasteful television set on? Also, if you have enough room in your residence to have a party...you're wasting space and are living in too big a space.

True that! Also, think about all the earth-fouling hydrocarbons burned and CO2 generated by having your friends drive to your house. I would certainly hope they would all hoof it.
