I doubt that, but he might get his sentence commuted to time served. Of course if he does, thousands will not re-enlist or join in the first place. But then again that would be a Good Thing from the Obamites perspective. They were going to cut the number of troops anyway, by something like 27,000, and they could still leave room for their "We won't ask, but you can tell/demonstrate all you want" allies.
