Eleven Republican senators introduced a bill that would stop the Environmental Protection Agency from regulating greenhouse gases, which scientists blame for global warming, without explicit approval by Congress.
Under Obama, the federal agency has steadily increased standards on gas emissions. The Republicans accused Obama of circumventing Congress, where a so-called "cap-and-trade" bill to mandate emission curbs died last year.
"My bill will shrink Washington's job-crushing agenda and grow America's economy," said Senator John Barrasso, a Republican from Wyoming and skeptic of climate change who is leading the effort.
"I will do whatever it takes to ensure that Washington doesn't impose cap-and-trade policies in any form."

Good !
Too bad it didn’t say “Senators vow to strip Obama power”
The scumbag says it's for the children. When Dems can't argue fact or science they play to the emotions.
Senator John Barrasso and his colleagues need to hear from mus and know they have support out here. Since Obama got elected the energized environmental radicals have been going crazy in every state in their effort to grab land, regulate water, regulate air and deny constitutional rights to people everywhere.
Ping!
Because Menendez had no comprehension of doing business in America he doesn't know about the mountain of regulations that already control every aspect of every business from making steel to using White Out, or disposing of curly tail light bulbs.
No Dems for the next 30 years! The Republicans are doing the will of the People.
Im glad to see that they value science and the Peoples will over the AGW hoax
You’re exactly right. If you haven’t seen Thomas Sowell’s newest column it’s a real eye opener. EPA will regulate milk spills because of oil content, it’s unbelievably asinine.

Hopefully, the US Congress will starve / defund the EPA and more
Does he think that the children will be better off without jobs?
Does he think that a totalitarian government that would impose a draconian cap n’ trade law would hesitate to kill a few million of those children as their Communist/Progressive brothers killed 100 million plus innocent people?
Good! Now I hope they do something about the light bulbs. How am I going to put squiggly ugly bulbs in my chandelier?
The EPA is so full of its ‘authority’ they tried to pass a rule to regulate FARM DUST in Oklahoma. Really and truly....did you ever sit on a tractor plowing the field? IS the EPA crazy? or what?
So true...like when the Michigan governor said, “We need to look at cutting the budget.” A dem senator jumped up and said, “I will not let babies starve, we will not make cuts on the backs of the weak.”
Brilliant grandstanding. He could have said, “I agree, lets go over this and see what we can do.”
The dems loved it. Why can’t the libs see what jackananapes they are?
Harry Reid used the same line yesterday when he commented on the court loss on Obamacare. He said that the loss is just a way for the GOP to keep sick kids from getting health care. It is the Rats default mode. When you have nothing to say, talk about kids and minorities.
perhaps these 11 senators should be sent the following article, and aksed to inquire from the left how it is that warming of such a nature took place before the industrial age, and to then PROVE that modern day carbon outputs which are LESS THAN .03% of atmospgheric carbon could possibly be respopnsible for ‘man—caused global warming’ when we have CLEAR evidence that warming is a cyclical event-

Menendez: “The health of our children must come before the interests of polluters.” “
Menendez is a sick bastard one note singer.
